In case you thought “Los Angeles area” and “rural” do not belong in the same sentence - except by contrast - you may not have considered Chino Hills, California in the southwestern corner of San Bernardino County. Almost equidistant to Los Angeles, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Riverside, and San Bernardino, and in commuting distance to all of them, it is truly a close-to-rural enclave in one of the most densely populated areas in the country. The crime rates for both violent and property crime are considerably lower than that of the nation as a whole. The people of Chino Hills go out of their way to make their community a place to be proud of – and their efforts have paid off handsomely in the form of rave reviews from many authoritative sources.

Scenery-wise, Chino Hills is very fortunate in that its unique location in the hills above the valley floor give it breath-taking views out across the valley toward the stunning San Gabriel Mountains to the north.

No one is saying that the price of real estate in Chino Hills is particularly low. As a high-income community, the cost of real estate is comparable to other popular high-income cities in the area. However, when you consider what you get in return for your real estate dollar, it’s well worth the price.

It lies adjacent to the cities of Pomona, Chino and Diamond Bar, which contain an ample variety of commercial centers to meet every need. Culturally – being 30 miles from Los Angeles is all one really needs to say!
