Temecula is located in southwest Riverside County and is about 85 miles southeast of Los Angeles and 60 miles north of San Diego. It borders the northeastern part of San Diego County. The Temecula Valley Wineries encompass 3,000 plus acres of wine country which hosts the annual Balloon and Wine Festival every year.  The wineries are open daily for wine tasting and most offer restaurants as well.  Top wineries include South Coast Winery Resort and Spa, Wilson Creek and Ponte to name a few.

The Promenade Mall offers many great areas to shop including The Pottery Barn, William Sonoma, Coach, an Apple Store, Macy’s, JC Penney, Express, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister and Forever 21.  There are countless great places to eat such as The Outback Steakhouse, BJ’s, Macaroni Grill, Olive Garden, El Torito, The Lazy Dog, PF Changs, Yard House and many more.

There’s the Old Town District with historic old buildings, wooden boardwalks and hosts the Farmer’s Market every Saturday.  Old Town offers many entertainment opportunities for the family such as car shows, Western Days, live music, Hot Summer Nights during the summer and shopping with a large selection of antique dealers.
